Bettor Cover Lover may need a little help from her rivals to exact revenge over arch-rival Carabella at Addington on Saturday.

The two glamour mares meet in the $100,000 PGG Breeders Stakes.

Carabella starting favourite but there will be plenty backing Bettor Cover Lover to run past her, which she just failed to do when they met on this track two weeks ago. “With the bigger field I hope there is either more pressure for positions early or more moves midrace because drivers can't afford to sit back," said Mangos. “If that happens our draw might not be too bad, especially over the 2600m. But if she (Carabella) gets an early lead and the pace isn't on then I will be off and gone at the mile to get close to her. I think physically my mare will be at least as good as last start because that race didn't harm her and she has worked well since. But mentally I think the race will have bought her one because it was only her second start back. She will need to be though because the other mare is very, very good."
